ValueClick Rises in comScore Rankings

ValueClick advanced into the number four position in the October Ad Focus rankings published by comScore Media Metrix. According to comScore, ValueClick now reaches 155 million unique visitors per month, or 81.5 percent of the U.S. Internet audience.

ValueClick Launches Premium Health & Wellness Network

September 15 marked the launch of AdRx Media, a premium health and wellness online advertising network with a potential reach of more than 20 million unique visitors per month, according to comScore Media Metrix.

Comprised of more than 50 other high quality health and wellness information sites, AdRx Media gives advertisers a way to reach consumers while they are engaged in seeking health information on more targeted sites beyond the largest health properties.

July 21 marked the launch of ValueClick Media's Precision BT™ suite, which contains two products: Precision Retargeting™ an enhanced version of the user retargeting capabilities offered by ValueClick Media since 2005, and Precision Profiles™, which uses a proprietary predictive algorithm to identify a marketer's best prospects in hundreds of consumer interest segments. OMMA Global Workshop

To commemorate the launch of AdRx Media, we hosted a workshop at OMMA Global entitled "Strategies for Maximizing Performance with Vertical Networks." The session featured Russell Fraden, CEO of Adify, James Kiernan, VP, Group Director at MediaVest and Cree Lawson, CEO of Travel Ad Network. Our group of experts took an in-depth look at techniques for using vertical networks to improve campaign delivery and performance.

MIXX 2.8 Workshop

During MIXX 2.8, ValueClick Media produced a panel called "Behavioral Targeting Brass Tacks: Tools, Tactics and Techniques for Improving Performance." Underscore Marketing president Tom Hespos led a highly informative discussion among a panel of BT experts that included ValueClick Media GM Bill Todd, Media Contacts group director Michael Nuzzo and Sirius Satellite Radio marketing director Scott Kurttila.

How long have you been with ValueClick Media?
Three years.

What's the favorite part of your job?
I have to say it's the people. Our company and the online industry are full of smart, talented, highly driven people that are leading the way in a quickly evolving industry.

What are the main factors that lead to a successful campaign?
Many elements need consideration to execute a successful campaign. One of the main factors is to understand the difference in media outlets. Be it search, lead generation, affiliate, or display they are all different and can be used to complement each other.

What's the most important advice you can give advertisers?
Form partnerships with your media provider and you'll get better results. Advertisers have to expect that you cannot turn the switch and knock the ball out of the park every time. Sometimes you have to test different strategies and fine tune them to identify what works best.

Based on your experience, what differentiates ValueClick Media?
Advertisers and publishers can rely on ValueClick Media to be a brand safe performance network that has over 10 years of proven success. We're working with clients today that were with ValueClick Media before I was.

Name one thing your clients don't know about you.
I love traveling, good food, wine, and a round of golf on the weekends, but my clients probably already know that about me.
